3. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and grant the Client access to downloadable materials. Digital products are non‑returnable and non‑refundable under all circumstances. Clients are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and details prior to purchase.

4. Advisory Services

Advisory services, consulting, and capacity‑building support are governed by a separate written agreement executed at the time of engagement. Terms related to payment schedules, cancellation, refunds, deliverables, and scope of work are defined within that agreement and supersede any general statements on this website.

 

5. Payment Terms

All payments for digital products must be made in full at the time of purchase. OSKI Strategic Solutions reserves the right to refuse service or product access if payment is not successfully processed. For advisory services, payment terms are defined in the executed service agreement.
