BUNDLE: RAP Foundations Guide & RAP Framework
Build the knowledge, readiness, and tools needed to develop a meaningful Reconciliation Action Plan. This bundle combines the RAP Foundations Guide and RAP Development & Implementation Framework, providing a comprehensive, self-guided approach to reconciliation learning, planning, implementation, and accountability. Bundle price: $850, representing a $150 savings compared to purchasing both resources separately for $1,000.
The Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Foundations Guide & RAP Development & Implementation Framework Bundle combines the Explore and Build phases of OSKI's RAP Series into one comprehensive resource package for organizations committed to advancing meaningful reconciliation. The bundle is designed to support organizations from early-stage learning and organizational readiness through to structured RAP development, implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
The RAP Foundations Guide helps leadership teams and organizations establish a strong foundation of understanding by exploring historical and contemporary contexts, distinctions-based approaches, Indigenous rights, organizational readiness, and common reconciliation considerations. Through guided reflection exercises and organizational readiness assessments, organizations can identify strengths, opportunities for growth, and practical next steps before undertaking formal RAP development.
The RAP Development & Implementation Framework builds on this foundation by providing structured tools and templates that help organizations translate commitment into action. The Framework includes access to the RAP Baseline Knowledge Assessment, Implementation Capacity Assessment, RAP development templates, KPI structures, implementation planning tools, reporting frameworks, and action-tracking resources. Organizations are supported in developing measurable commitments, assigning responsibilities, tracking progress, and establishing accountability mechanisms aligned with distinctions-based reconciliation principles.
Together, these resources provide a practical, evidence-informed, self-guided approach that supports organizations in developing, implementing, monitoring, and strengthening a meaningful Reconciliation Action Plan while building internal capacity, organizational learning, and long-term accountability.
